Helmet variations. Having them with helmets made sense for a tactical team, but also saved a bunch of money because faces are hard to do in CG.

Exploration for Piltover enforcers that could look like a SWAT team bursting trough the doors to capture Jhin. The enforcers design changed in the end because it made more sense to have them be Camille's clan mercenaries.
